What advice did you receive from each member of
your group? Explain each person’s advice
separately and be specific.
The workshop was good for me but I feel like I did not have nearly enough time since I was last to go in my group. Josh told me to add more about America instead of mainly focusing on Finland. Lynssey also told me to expand on some of the ideas I had and pointed out some minor mistakes inside the text. Meredith told me to make better transitions between paragraphs. She also pointed out more areas I could expand on. We only got through about half the paper though.
What was the most helpful piece of advice you
received? Explain.
The most helpful advise was about the areas where I could expand. I definitely took notice to that in writing my final draft. I needed this because sometimes I get tunnel vision when writing.
What was the least helpful piece of advice you
received? Explain.
The least helpful was that I needed to add more about America. I already knew that I needed to do that and I was planning on adding that to my last draft. I watched a documentary since then and added a lot from it.
What are your plans for revision? Be specific.
I should be able to understand exactly how your work will change in
exactly which places.
I will add information in the areas suggested. I will need to find more sources about America also. I will change the little things marked on the paper. I will try to transition better in my paragraphs too. I plan on adding about two more pages with information about America.
