1. What advice did you receive from each member of
your group? Explain each person’s advice
separately and be specific?
Everyone was equally helpful. They all pointed out that I needed to restructure my paper because I wrote the paper before I was given specific instructions, and clumped everything together as I annotated the sources. They did point out that I had almost all of the points though. They also pointed out that I needed to add a credibility part and on the last two sources I need to add a part about how I am going to use the source in my paper. Another part of my paper that was different was the quotes. Instead of listing the quotes at the bottom, I put them inside the text. I definitely had 3 quotes and sometimes more though.
2. What was the most helpful piece of advice you
received? Explain.
The most helpful was to add the credibility section. I had forgotten all about that from the classes before.
3. What was the least helpful piece of advice you
received? Explain.
I think the least helpful was the part about restructuring. I already knew I needed to do that after Monday's class.
4. What are your plans for revision? Be specific. I should be able to understand exactly how your work will change in exactly which places.
I will add the two points mentioned above and I will attempt to restructure the paper (if possible). My second 2 will definitely be different.
I was right there with you regarding the credibility section of the Analysis paragraph for each source...I remembered to do it only halfway through the first draft and so my analyses were very uneven to say the least. From reading your first draft, I still think you did a very good job with your sources despite you not understanding the assignment. Not bad at all, really. You should be proud of how well you did even at a disadvantage
